Commitment
We aim to increase sales in existing centres and make use of spare capacity in our technicians. We believe that we can raise jpppw to c.17, without needing to obtain more fixed cost labour.
Annual Performance
We continue to increase jobs per productive worker per week to 14.7% and increase over the last five years of c.14%. We expect this to improve further as the number of tyre fittings increases.
